Meditation
Learn how to ditch the past and stop worrying about the future. Amazing things happen when you stay in the present and pay attention to you.
Art
Let yourself enjoy a little creative play! We’ll dabble in some art and get comfortable expressing what’s important to each of us.
Movement
You don’t have to be a yoga rock star. Easy stretching and slow breathing will help purge the stress and leave you with a “yoga glow.”
There’s a group for you.
This is where you’ll learn to shed your stress and ease into familiar routines like breathing exercises and gentle stretching. Have fun with a little art. And know that here, it’s safe to be your true self.
